To mark the 40th anniversary of the passing of ‘Joy Division’s’ Ian Curtis, CIAM have recorded a stunning new version of ‘Decades,’ that concluded the second album, ‘Closer,’ released two months after Curtis’s death. CIAM have re-lit the track with a powerful cinematic approach.
As Shapiro comments, “Ian Curtis represented individualism, poetry, hope and a world moving out from darkness into light.”
