Goodbye To The Quiet Life is the New single following Paul’s Debut release “Gravity” that Debuted at #16 in the Itunes Rock Charts, with the single “Unbreakable” (feat. Sophy Streater) coming in at #110. “Goodbye to the Quiet Life” Is off Paul’s suprise EP Release also titled “Goodbye To The Quiet Life” that dropped Christmas Eve! The Ep was a lot more light hearted than the full length Debut, and was something that was recorded just for fun and a treat to the fans!
The whole EP unlike the full length only features Band instruments such as Guitar, Bass, Drums and vocals. It’s straight forward Rock and Roll with “Goodbye To The Quiet Life” Being the stand out Hard Rock Party song!
The song is about just letting go and going out and causing mayhem! The song is very open about not caring and just wanting to let loose and enjoy life! The song isn’t too over the top and keeps things simple with a driving hard rock instrument from the Big guitar riffs, The big driving drums and the Soaring Guitar Solo that just takes on a life of it’s own going from just straight shredding to incorporating melodies you could almost sing to as if it was a lead Vocal! But what truly leads and drives this song is the Energetic, aggressive vocal performance that just rips through the track almost leading you to the party! The song doesn’t take itself too seriously but also owns the fact that it’s a straight up Party rock song without being cheesy or corny!
The video was shot up in Manchester by the awesome guys over at – Video Ink! and the energy on set was electric everyone knew this was going to be a fun shoot and awesome end product
and that’s exactly what we got!
The Song was also just Debuted Live at Paul’s Headlining Gig at the O2 Islinton Academy2 In London and was up there as one of the highlights from the whole night. Bringing nothing but energy
from the performance and from the crowd. This is truly one of those feel good songs you can put on anytime and it’ll hype you up from the moment you hear the riff!
